Reiki is a Japanese energy technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is a safe non-invasive practice that strengthens our own natural healing abilities by channeling energy through the body with intention and care. Reiki can help relieve pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression, headache, insomnia, nausea, and tension. Clients often experience improved mood, mental clarity, and emotional release during or after a session. It is a practice that supports peace in body, mind, and spirit.
